ORDERS

When will I receive my order?
Turnaround time may vary throughout the year, depending on order volume. Our current processing time for orders is 1-2 working days. If you need your order by a certain date, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Can you combine orders?
Yes! Typically this is picked up at the shipping stage and we will automatically combine orders to the same address, Whatever the reason, as long as your orders have not yet shipped, we will happily combine your orders and refund any shipping overages. Contact us with your order numbers and we are always happy to help.

Delivery

How much is Delivery?
United Kingdom: Domestic orders £15+ ship for FREE,

Orders that do not meet the free delivery minimum will ship at an affordable flat rate of £1.

International Orders: Taxes and delivery is calculated at checkout

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How fast is delivery? 
Domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post, and typically arrive within 1-3 working days from when they are sent. An e-mail will automatically be sent to you when your shipping label is created. 

International orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days; however, please allow up to 4 weeks for international shipping, as your order will need to clear customs and may be processed through multiple shipping carriers. Customs fees (import/duties/taxes) are the responsibility of the buyer, and vary by country. Please be advised of your country’s import policies prior to placing an order. 

RETURNS

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We want you to be highly satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about something you ordered, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Clips should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please e-mail us with a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
